If you believe you’ve received an incorrect item, please follow these steps:

- Await Confirmation: Our team will review your request and, if eligible, approve the return.
- Prepare the Item for Return:
- Ensure the fabric is uncut and unwashed.
- Retain the original packaging, including all tags and labels.
- Pack the item securely to prevent any damage during transit.
- Pickup Attempts: Our logistics partner will attempt to collect the return twice. If both attempts fail due to reasons such as unavailability or premises being locked, the return will be considered unsuccessful, and the order will be deemed fulfilled.
