- We also deliver all over India through trusted courier and logistics partners, including DTDC, Porter etc.
- Delivery timelines depend on your location and chosen shipping mode
Processing & Dispatch Timeline
- Order processing occurs within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday), excluding national holidays
- Domestic delivery typically takes 2-5 business days, varying with destination and courier network efficiency
Shipping Charges
- We Charge 0.75 to 1 Re per meter charges as freight for all domestic orders unless additional services or expedited delivery are requested
- For special or express services, shipping charges may apply based on weight, size, or service level.
Packaging Standards
Standard packaging: fabrics are neatly folded or rolled, packed in poly bags or lightweight boxes to minimize movement and prevent creasing
Insurance & Handling
- For high-value or delicate items, shipping insurance is recommended.
- Use of real-time tracking and well-padded packaging helps simplify claims in case of damage or loss
Claims & Damage Handling
- If you receive damaged or incorrect fabric, please contact us immediately with photos and order details.
- We will assist you with courier claims or arrange for a resolution as needed.

If required, we can customize packaging or documentation at your request, subject to additional lead time or nominal charges.
Order cut-off times are generally 12:00 AM IST for same-day processing; orders placed after the daily cutoff may be processed the next business day
Ensure recipient addresses are complete and accurate to avoid delivery delays.
