Quality of fabric:

 If you require bulk (above 1000 meters) we can give you a lab report at your cost. However please check the colour fastness / shrinkage / tensile strength & Slippage of the fabric before cutting it if you are ordering anything below 1000 meters. Registered print: If you have any proof that any fabric / accessory displayed on our website is registered or is of disputable nature, please let us know and we shall remove the same from our website after due verification. Any fabric / accessory that we sell on our website is our properly & we sell ii directly

1. Introduction

       These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Peacock Tex India website and services. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by             these terms.

2. Definitions
   • “Company”: Refers to Peacock Tex India, the provider of textile processing services.
   • “Client”: Refers to the individual or entity placing an order for services.
   • “Services”: Refers to the textile processing services offered by the Company.

3. Orders and Acceptance

• Order Placement: All orders must be placed in writing and include detailed specifications.
• Acceptance: Orders are subject to acceptance by the Company. We reserve the right to reject any order without providing a reason.

4. Pricing and Payment

• Pricing: Prices are quoted based on the specifications provided and are subject to change if specifications are altered.
• Payment Terms: Payment is due within 30 days from the date of invoice. Late payments may incur interest charges.

5. Delivery and Turnaround Time

• Lead Time: Estimated delivery times will be provided upon order acceptance.
• Delays: The Company is not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to supply chain disruptions or natural disasters.

6. Client-Supplied Materials

• Responsibility: Clients are responsible for ensuring that any materials supplied are suitable for processing.
• Liability: The Company is not liable for damage to client-supplied materials unless due to gross negligence.

7. Quality Assurance and Claims

• Inspection: Clients should inspect processed goods upon receipt.
• Claims: Any claims for defects must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Company’s liability is limited to the cost of services rendered. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Specification

• Though we try and mention the closest details of the fabrics (Reed, Pick, Count, Construction) we showcase however there might be a difference of +-3% in the details which can be verified from GSM. We have applied geometric progression discounting formula to calculate pricing for our fabrics. This formula gives you more discounts for every increment in your quantity hence your average price comes down with each addition in ordered quantity.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in designs or processes developed by the Company remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Haryana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Haryana.
